These terms apply when you book a chair at Talk Bench through the GET forms on this site or by calling 03-624-1180. They are school terms for a reserved chair. Effective 20 October 2026.

What you are booking

A seat in an in-person English course: spoken English for work, exam-prep reading, or an evening conversation table. You are not applying for credit. You are not buying an official exam or a degree.

How a request travels

Forms use method GET and action thanks.html. The thanks page is a confirmation screen. The desk then writes from desk@talkbench.pro to confirm the hour. A request is not a confirmed seat until that reply.

Holding and cancelling

• Tell the desk before Thursday evening if you will miss a weekday hour.
• Friday 09:00–13:00 is catch-up, not a silent extra class you can skip-and-stack.
• Evening tables cannot be filled by a friend without a new request — the chair is named.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a test score. We do not administer the exam. We do not transfer a seat to an online stream. House rules live on legal.html. Privacy lives on privacy.html.
