Drilling papers without pretending we license the exam

Desk notes : Reading hour

Exam-style reading papers on a Talk Bench desk

Sasha’s hour is a timer and a pencil. You sit with an exam-style paper that looks like the one you will book yourself. We do not stamp a licence, we do not sit in the exam hall, and we do not sell a pass. We drill the paper.

People arrive asking if Talk Bench is an official centre. It is not. We are a classroom on HaHashmonaim 88. You book the real test where the board tells you to book it. Our job is the hour before that: timing, underlining, and saying the answer in a short English sentence so you know you read it.

What stays on the desk

A paper, a pencil, a clock. Phones face down. Sasha will not let you search a word on the first pass. You mark it, finish the section, then we look. That is how the real room works.

What we will not write

We will not write “certified IELTS school” or any other exam brand on the door. If a leaflet promised that, it is wrong. The reading hour page says the same thing.

If you want this seat, send a GET note from contact or read the method. Other notes: desk notes.
